We know that leadership is an ever-evolving role, constantly requiring adaptability, insight, and a commitment to continuous growth and I wanted to create a space that is designed for you and your growth as a leader. I chose the name ThinkShift for this site with intention. Think – as a leader, you need access to new data and information to explore alternative viewpoints, and probe deeper into the issues you face. This leads to a Shift – with that new information we can shift our mindset, approach, and strategy, resulting in more effective outcomes..

I also wanted ThinkShift to have a Collaborative spirit, a space where different voices and perspectives come together to challenge assumptions, spark candid conversations, and encourage meaningful change. We believe leadership is a team sport, and collaboration is vital to navigating the complexities of higher education leadership.
